Desmond Tutu
The speech was at the Sun Dome at USF last night.
On the way to work this morning, I heard part of the speech on NPR. It moved me to tears. This man is awesome! I looked for the excerpt that I heard on WUSF's website. You can find it here.
I strongly suggest that you listen to the audio rather than read the article. Desmond Tutu's voice cannot be matched by mere words.

(Late) re: blogroll: you have to go tooling around in the template to do it, and truth be told it took me the better part of a year to figure it out. In the HTML code there should be a part that says something like Begin #profile-container - $blogmemberprofile$ - end #profile. Under that I put (in the appropriate punctuation marks that I can't put here): [h2 class="sidebar-title"]The title you want your sidebar to have[/h2]

the HTML for the blogroll links, which is [li][a href="whatever URL you want"]What you want the print to say[/a], repeated however many times. You'll already be in above the place where you link to your previous posts, and it should fall in line nicely. I think.
